I ran into a few great real estate opportunities today. I couldn't find any in the Gaza Strip. but I did find this great spot in Iraq!
I love the selling points... access to a road, running water and hey! 24-hour electricity! I also find it somewhat unsettling that they refer to the new development as "booming"...
